Our Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (guests who fail to arrive without prior notification) will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Changes to the reservation dates may be considered subject to availability and at the discretion of the farmstay accommodation.
• In case of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters or emergencies, the cancellation policy may be waived or modified at the discretion of Kom Rus Nature Retreat.
